Seagrass
Seagrass comes only in it’s natural colour and in 3 styles. Often the best known of the natural floorings, Seagrass has been very popular in beachside holiday homes for years. It’s waxy nature allows it to resist staining from liquids making seagrass the most stain resistant of the natural flooring products and ideal for areas such as children’s playrooms.
Seagrass is grown in paddy fields in China and Vietnam. During thr growing season the fields are flooded with sea water. Due to the nature of the grass it is impermeable which makes it difficult to dye, consequently seagrass is a neutral coloured product with tones of greenish brown.
